Refund Policy

All refund request must be in writing and emailed to info@inductionhouse.com.au. Refunds will take up to 7 days to process once approved.

• There will be no refund provided for courses which have been purchased and completed
• There is a cancellation fee of 20% for any purchased course either started or not.

• All courses must be completed within a year of the purchased date.
• Once this year has expired the course will be cancelled with no eligibility for a refund.
